As my grandmother told or how effectively use social media opportunities

Do you know the secret of a success of the famous football team?  Or how is it possible when the  music  sounds so harmonious while being  performed by a huge orchestra? Because the football team would never win if there is no teamwork, when players play synchronized game by passing the ball to each other , while goalkeeper protects the gates of his team. Music would not sound divine, if each of the musical instruments will play only its part unsynchronized with others. This Rule of the consistency and interoperability concerns social media as well.
The internal structure of any company is like a human body, while social media reminds the ecosystem that surrounds it. The flow of the various information from social networks, like a "food” should be absorbed by a body through digesting process with participation of every of organ (department) of a human body (company).  If each of the organs executes their functions while interacting with “food", eventually it turns to be healthy and beneficial for the "body." Therefore, the interaction between the various departments of the company, also  with your potential customers through social platforms, through which to  their views, learn more about product, to make the right choice, recommend it  to close friends and help others - remains to be the key to success.
If consider Social Media in the light of B2C, it becomes obvious that Social Media day by day becomes  more  powerful tool in formulating  the opinion and preferences of  consumers. The opportunities that they create for the companies are huge. The rules of the game have been changed, ladies and gentlemen! If before it was business that defined the needs of the consumers, now the consumers are who dictates their preferences and what they expect from businesses.
If in the past the companies, before launching a product, were requesting surveys from the agencies, realizing different kind of tests on certain focusing groups, in order to define the views about their potential consumers, today this tradition has radically changed.  Today consumers are ready to assist by expressing their thoughts about certain products and services provided by your company and they are personally interested to participate in the process of development and improvement. It would be precipitate action by a company, which misses the opportunity to make savings in marketing costs in order to diversify in producing the range of products.
Since you are present in social media, you should be ready for criticism. If they criticize you that means they still "love" you and expecting you to progress. You shouldn't avoid criticism and never go against it. Involve people who criticize you into discussions, be attentive towards their opinion, approach to yourself from their points of view and you will be able to take right decision. The company always has a chance to turn a dissatisfied customer into the most loyal one and into the advocates of your interests, by showing him proper attention and solving his problems and needs on time.
Listen, react and implement! As my grandmother used to say “all problems can be solved and all difficulties can be explained easily, the only thing you need is, to go deep till the end”. What do you think about it? How do you use social media opportunities at your company?
